What makes the Nutrientfy Diet System different from other types of diet plans?

When will I receive my Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans? 

• After submitting your personalization form AND payment, Nutrientfy will begin building your plan! 
• Within 5-7 business days of submitting your personalization form, you will receive your Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans via Nutrientfy's WeTransfer Email: DietPlans@Nutrientfy.com

How long do I have access to my meal plans and recipes?

• Upon delivery, you have the option to download or print a PDF of your meal plans and grocery lists. To keep these documents forever, be sure to download to your local device or print a paper copy.

Does Nutrientfy offer hard copy print versions of the Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans?

• We only offer digital downloadable PDF versions of our Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans. You may print the PDF for a hard copy.

How much does it cost?

• For a Personalized Diet & 2 weeks of custom meal plans and recipes, the cost is $199.
• To add an additional 7 days of custom meal plans and recipes, the cost is $50 for each week. You can order up to 10 additional weeks of custom meal plans at one time.

Is this a subscription?

• NO, this is not a subscription or recurring monthly fee.  

What is the refund policy?

• Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

• Giftcards.com is responsible for issuing your rewards. Please check with Giftcards.com for any expiration dates. 
• Once Nutrientfy has issued your rewards, you are responsible for using your rewards by the given expiration date by said reward

My referral forgot to use my code at checkout, now what?

• Nutrientfy is unable to make any adjustments to previous orders.

Will the referral program ever change?

How does this differ from the Referral Program? 

• The Reseller Program gives you more marketing features than the Referral Program. The Reseller Program is best suited for businesses or individuals who have a client base or who have an online following. 
• The Reseller Program gives you access to a Digital Bookshelf to embed on your website, 20 customizable email templates, 20 social media content templates, web banners, and promotional graphics. The Referral Program does NOT offer these features.
• The Reseller Program provides a 25% commission on new customers paid personalized diet and custom meal plans purchases whereas the Referral Program offers a $25 Instacart Gift Card.

How much can I earn? What do I earn?

• There is no cap to earnings.
• For every successful sale, you will receive a 25% commission.

What counts as a qualified sale?

• Your Digital Bookshelf will feature all 42 Free Nutrientfy Diet eBooks for your clients to access. If Nutrientfy publishes more eBooks, your Digital Bookshelf will be updated.
• As a Reseller, your Digital Bookshelf will contain Nutrientfy branding. To remove Nutrientfy branding from the top of your Digital Bookshelf, you must upload your brand’s logo in the Nutrientfy Reseller application form.
• Nutrientfy is not responsible for installing the Digital Bookshelf on your website.

• No. Nutrientfy prohibits the reselling and sharing of a specific client’s Private Label Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans with other clients. Each Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plan is client specific.

• Nutrientfy provides a limited content license for the distribution of Private Label Personalized Diet & Custom Meal Plans.
